What we collect
When you send an RFQ we receive your name, email, company, country, optional phone number, the part details you enter and the files you upload. When a molding plant applies we receive company and contact details plus press, mold and capability information. Forms are delivered to us by FormSubmit, which processes the submission on our behalf.
Who receives your RFQ
We send your RFQ, contact details and files only to the partner plant we match it to, 2 at most. We do not publish RFQs, sell them or send them to plants outside the network. We do not add you to marketing lists.
Partner plants pay us a commission on orders from buyers we introduce. They receive your details so they can quote you and you can order from them directly.
NDA requests
If you tick the NDA box, we hold your files until the matched plant has signed your NDA. Until then the plant sees only a written description of the part.
How long we keep files
We keep RFQs and files for 12 months so we can handle follow-up questions and repeat orders. After that we delete them, or earlier if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Email and we act on it within 30 days. A plant that already received your RFQ holds its own copy under its own policies, and we will pass your deletion request on to it.
Cookies and analytics
We may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to count visits and form submissions. They set cookies. You can block them in your browser without affecting the forms.
