A manufacturers' rep for injection molding plants
A manufacturers' representative sells on behalf of plants and is paid by them. That is what we do for a group of audited injection molding plants, for buyers who want molded parts made abroad without guessing which plant to trust.
What we do
- Read your RFQ and decide which lane and plant fit the part
- Audit every partner plant in person before it receives an RFQ
- Check the model, resin, volume and finish before the plant quotes
- Stay on the thread through mold design review and T1 samples
- Follow up on repeat orders and on problems, on your side and the plant's
What we do not do
- Run presses or build molds. The plant does that
- Take your purchase order or send you an invoice
- Add a markup between you and the plant
- Post your RFQ on a marketplace or send it to many plants
- Hold your mold. It stays at the plant and belongs to you
How we are paid
Buyers pay nothing. Each partner plant signs a rep agreement with us. When a buyer we introduced orders from the plant, the plant pays us a commission on that order and on repeat orders of the same part, for as long as it runs. That is the whole business model.
It means our income depends on parts that keep running, not on the first order. A plant that misses on quality loses the repeat orders and so do we. That is why we audit plants and stay on the thread after the sale.

Our rules
Written down so both sides know what to expect.
- One plant per laneIn each region, one partner plant per lane. Plants do not bid against each other.
- 2 plants at mostYour RFQ goes to the plant that fits, a second one only when the part sits between lanes.
- NDA firstIf you ask for an NDA, the plant signs it before it sees your files.
- Plain answersIf no lane fits your part, we say so within 24 business hours instead of forcing a match.
- Your dataFiles are deleted on request. See the privacy policy.
